Fully functional but the appearance is in bad condition.
I did exprience some usb connection issues but they could be software bugs(getting disconnected or being unable to connect). Can be solved by rebooting pc/changing usb ports/unpluging other usb devices.
The hook of the head strap was broken in the first month. I fixed it with some steel strips and has lasted more than 1 year.
You need to install the comfort strap and face mask yourself because they are too tall for the box.
